autodx.ai ("the Service") is built with user privacy as a core design principle. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.

We collect only what is necessary to provide the Service.
① Email address
Used exclusively for login (Magic Link authentication). We do not use your email for marketing without your explicit consent.
② Text content you input
The notes and customer-related records you type into the Service. This content is processed by AI to generate judgment outputs. We ask that you avoid entering personally identifiable information about your customers — such as real names, phone numbers, or addresses — and use nicknames or aliases instead.
③ Basic access logs
Standard server logs automatically recorded by Cloudflare infrastructure, including IP address, browser type, and access timestamps. Used for security monitoring and abuse prevention.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely for the following purposes:
- Providing, maintaining, and improving the Service
- Sending Magic Link login emails
- Processing AI judgment requests
- Detecting and preventing abuse
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising or any commercial purpose.
3. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on the following third-party providers. Each processes data according to their own privacy policies.

Text content you input is transmitted to Google Gemini API for AI processing. This transmission is governed by Google's data processing terms.
4. Data Retention
- When you delete your account, all your data is deleted immediately
- Accounts inactive for 12 or more months may be deleted after advance notice by email
- Backup copies are fully purged within 30 days of account deletion
5. Your Rights
You have the following rights at any time:
- Right to access: View the data we hold about you
- Right to deletion: Delete all your data instantly from within the app settings
- Right to correction: Request correction of inaccurate data

6. Security
The Service uses Cloudflare infrastructure with HTTPS encryption, session management, and rate limiting. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use cookies only to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
