These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of autodx.ai ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
autodx.ai is a personal AI judgment assistant designed for frontline automotive salespeople.
The Service provides:
- AI-generated suggestions and judgment outputs based on your inputs
- Personal record-keeping and organization of customer interactions
- Recommendations on contact timing and next actions
The Service does not guarantee any sales outcomes. AI-generated suggestions are for reference only. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Service if you:
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Agree to these Terms
- Have a valid email address
3. User Responsibilities
By using the Service, you agree to the following:
① Handling of personal information
Do not enter personally identifiable information about your customers — including real names, phone numbers, email addresses, or physical addresses. Use nicknames or aliases such as "Tanaka-san" or "Customer A" instead.
② Lawful use
Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
③ Account security
Keep your account access secure. Do not share or transfer your account to others.
④ Prohibited activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Placing excessive load on the Service's infrastructure
- Attempting to reverse-engineer the Service
- Using the Service to facilitate illegal activities
- Interfering with other users' access to the Service
4. Disclaimers
① Limitations of AI judgment
AI-generated suggestions are for reference only. The Service is not responsible for any sales results, conversions, or customer relationship outcomes.
② Service interruptions
The Service may be interrupted without notice due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. We are not liable for any losses resulting from such interruptions.
③ Data loss
We cannot guarantee data recovery in the event of technical failure. We recommend keeping separate records of any critical information.
④ Third-party services
We are not responsible for disruptions, changes, or termination of third-party services used by the Service (including Google Gemini API and others).
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service — including its logo, design, and content — belong to autodx.ai. Content you input into the Service remains your property.
6. Changes and Termination
We may modify, add, or remove features at any time without prior notice. If we discontinue the Service, we will notify registered users by email with as much advance notice as reasonably possible.
7. Pricing, Payment & Refunds
7.1 Agreement to Terms
By registering for or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to all provisions of these Terms.
7.2 Current Pricing
The Service is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans, registered users will be notified in advance by email and given adequate transition time.
7.3 Paid Plans
Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, no further charges will occur, and you may continue using the Service until the end of the current billing period.
7.4 Refund Policy
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for digital services.
Please note the following before purchasing:
- Monthly plan payments are non-refundable once charged
- We offer a free plan so you can evaluate the Service before committing to a paid plan
- Exceptions may be made in cases of verifiable technical errors such as duplicate charges
7.5 Data Retention After Cancellation
Upon cancellation of a paid plan, your data will be retained for 30 days. If you resubscribe within 30 days, your data will be fully restored. After 30 days, your data will be automatically and permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
